Armando Paíno Henríquez D.

He has been the managing partner of the firm since its foundation. He has advised important Dominican and foreign companies, which in many cases see him as an internal legal consultant due to his reliability and expertise in litigation and business matters, including tax, regulatory and corporate aspects.

In June of 2021, he was appointed by the President of the Dominican Republic as Executive Director of the Public-Private Trust for the integral management of solid waste in the Dominican Republic.

He represented a regional company in the acquisition of a mining concession in the Dominican Republic.


He has represented major multinational companies in the fields of food, technology and trade.


He represented a regulatory agency in the auditing process of one of the major banking institutions in the Dominican Republic.


He represented one of the significant electric corporations in the public tenders, negotiation, acquisition of government permits, construction and financing for installing a power plant.


He assisted one of the major corporations in the oil industry in establishing a joint venture with local shareholders.


He assisted in the internal regulating matters of a private corporation.


He assisted one of the major telecommunications corporations in the preparation of an internal business conduct code.


He has experience in lawsuits related to intellectual property, trademarks, patents, and wrongful use of trademarks and copyrights.
