He is the Director of the Firm's Dispute Resolution Department. He was trained and had professionally grown up in the Dominican Republic´Courts of Law and is the definition of a born litigant.

Patricio handles different areas of litigation with great knowledge and excellent results. He has an extensive experience in criminal law being the first area in which he ventured in his beginnings as a lawyer, and as of today continues his practice representing clients in important litigations.

Today his practice also includes civil, commercial and administrative conflicts, representing leading Dominican companies in their daily and extraordinary needs. He has handled numerous arbitration proceedings, including some related to sports law. He is a natural leader, which has made him a source of constant consultation and reference throughout the team. His strategic vision of litigation has allowed him to stand out in the legal community.
