He is a trial lawyer in permanent practice. His critical and dynamic perspective of the legal discipline, combined with a pragmatic vision attached to the daily routine in the courts of law of our country, allow him to react to each scenario in a timely and effective manner.

 

It has experience in contractual operations in their respective phases of negotiation, execution and termination, which translates into potentially decisive advantages during a judicial process and the timely mitigation of possible contingencies. He has represented various clients in liability disputes, as well as in commercial and contractual disputes.
